Press Release:The Dusty Boot Concert and Dinner


If you like County Music THE DUSTY BOOT CONCERT AND DINNER sponsored by The Morgan County Tourism Alliance will be held at Papaw’s Opry Barn and Theater Saturday September 14 from 5:30 to 9:30 Eastern Time. GONE COUNTY, Knoxville’s premier country Cover Band, playing all of the classic hits from the 80’s and 90’s will be the featured entertainment. Bree Davis, country singer will open the evening’s entertainment.

Ticket purchase will include a delicious BBQ dinner provided by Historic Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary, appetizers, dessert, beverages. A complementary wine glass and 2 beer tickets are also included for patrons over 21. Wine will be provided by Nine Lakes Wine Country spanning from the Smokies to the Cumberland Plateau and local craft brew provided by Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery located in our very own Morgan County near the Obed Wild and Scenic river. Door prizes will be given throughout the evening.

County Western decorations will prevail with a Chuck Wagon, fun photography booth, games, flower filled boots and all things country. Country music fans who like line dancing, tasty food and drink, laughter, and a good time you won’t want to miss this event.

The Morgan County Tourism Alliance is an all-volunteer organization whose goal is to promote tourism throughout our region. We will appreciate your support in attending this fun filled evening. Western attire is encouraged.

The Opry Barn is located at 3549 Airport Road, Pine Orchard Community. It is 6 minutes off Interstate 40 at the 340 Exit.
