62 Ale Trail - George Hawver

Updated: Nov 2, 2021

Do you have your 62 Ale Trail magnet yet? Morgan County's three breweries have teamed up to ensure you try some of their tasty brews as well as experience the beautiful sights in the county as you drive across the county on Highway 62. Starting on the western side of the county, stop in at the Lilly Pad brewery near the Obed Wid and Scenic River and try at least three of their many beer offerings to get your 62 Ale Trail Passport stamped (recommend you space out your visit over several days (Drink Responsibly). As you head east, stop in at Moco Brewing in downtown Wartburg near the county courthouse for at least three more of their offerings (currently more than 9 locally brewed and some guest taps). Further east you will find the Beer Barn near Joyner off Cassell Road and try three more to get credit on your Ale Trail Passport (now you see why this is a multi-day activity). Once you've tried at least three beers from all three breweries, turn in your completed 62 Ale Passport at any of the three breweries to redeem for your magnet.
